The year was 1980. Seven-time champions Jack Smothers and Dan Hernandez, known throughout the region as the Kings of the Rings, returned to Danver’s Horse Park seeking another title. Eighteen determined teams stood in their way, along with 1,500 screaming fans who’d come to witness greatness… or a complete collapse.

The 1980 Boondrift Sports collection pays tribute to the mythical local legends who probably existed… somewhere out there.

This shirt combines vintage county fair energy, Southern grit, and just enough chaos to make people ask:
